Most orders are shipped the same day from our warehouse at 14141 Covello St. Suite #9B Van Nuys, CA 91405. To place an order by phone call our toll free number 1-866-675-3475 Monday-Friday 9 am - 5:30pm pacific standard time.
You may fax orders with the item number and quantity as well as your name and shipping address with payment information to 866-583-1179.
Engraving orders must be faxed, submitted by mail, or email.
Return Policy: All returns must be preapproved. Damaged goods will be replaced or credited. Goods damaged in shipping must be reported within 24 hours. Returns subject to 20% restocking fee.
Bad Checks: Returned checks are subject to a $20 service charge and customers will be put on a "cash only" status for 6 months.
